AI credits measure how much the AI works for you. Every AI reply uses 1 credit; replies that analyse an image use 2. Human replies from your team are always free.

Each plan includes a monthly pool of credits that resets on your billing date.

Your AI keeps replying — nothing switches off mid-conversation. We'll notify you when you're close to your limit so you can top up (1,000 credits for Rp 150rb, 5,000 for Rp 650rb) or upgrade to a plan with a bigger pool.
